Job Title: Clinical Operations Supervisor

- Manage PTO requests and coverage adjustments.
- Monitor attendance patterns and recommend staffing improvements.
- Conduct structured performance evaluations.
- Deliver direct coaching and corrective action when necessary.
- Oversee onboarding and workflow training for clinical support staff.
- Maintain performance accountability standards.
- Track documentation completion and workflow adherence.
- Conduct periodic operational audits.
- Report monthly operational performance metrics to leadership.
- Support compliance efforts in coordination with leadership.
- Monitor supply levels and operational readiness.
- Coordinate vendor communication related to clinical supplies.
- Escalate financial or contract decisions to leadership.
- Minimum 4 years experience in a multi-provider medical clinic.
- Minimum 2-4 years supervisory or lead experience in a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated experience building and managing staff schedules.
- Experience holding staff accountable to performance standards.
- Strong EMR proficiency (Modernizing Medicine preferred).
- High organizational capacity and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Prefer strategic planning over daily execution.
- Are uncomfortable delivering corrective feedback.
- Do not have prior healthcare supervisory experience.
- Are seeking provider-level oversight or executive authority.
- Are looking for a remote position (this role is onsite).
- Consistent staffing alignment and minimal coverage gaps.
