Regenerative Orthopedic Center (ROC) is seeking a Clinical Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our outpatient orthopedic team. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys working in a specialty clinic environment focused on patient triage, care coordination, and patient education.
Our nurses play a key role in supporting physicians and advanced practice providers by addressing patient questions, coordinating follow-up care, communicating results, and ensuring patients understand their treatment plans.

Position Overview

As a Clinical Nurse at ROC, you will support orthopedic patient care through triage, communication, and care coordination while working closely with providers and the clinical team.

Responsibilities

  •  Triage patient calls, portal messages, and clinical inquiries using provider protocols
  • Communicate treatment plans, test results, and provider recommendations to patients
  • Manage prescription refill requests and medication-related questions
  • Coordinate follow-up care and diagnostic testing as directed by providers
  • Conduct limited follow-up patient visits as directed by the care team
  • Provide patient education regarding orthopedic conditions, treatment plans, and recovery expectations
  • Document patient communications and clinical updates in the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, medical assistants, and administrative staff to support coordinated patient care

Qualifications

Required

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Oregon
  • Current BLS/CPR certification

Preferred

  • At least 1 year of nursing experience
  • Experience in outpatient clinic, specialty practice, or surgical practice
  • Orthopedic, sports medicine, or musculoskeletal experience

Skills

  • Strong patient triage and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple patient concerns in a fast-paced clinic environment
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
  • Experience working with electronic medical records preferred
