Job Title: Clinical Nurse (RN/LPN)

Position Overview
As a Clinical Nurse at ROC, you will support orthopedic patient care through triage, communication, and care coordination while working closely with providers and the clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Triage patient calls, portal messages, and clinical inquiries using provider protocols
- Communicate treatment plans, test results, and provider recommendations to patients
- Manage prescription refill requests and medication-related questions
- Coordinate follow-up care and diagnostic testing as directed by providers
- Conduct limited follow-up patient visits as directed by the care team
- Provide patient education regarding orthopedic conditions, treatment plans, and recovery expectations
- Document patient communications and clinical updates in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, medical assistants, and administrative staff to support coordinated patient care
Qualifications
Required
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Oregon
- Current BLS/CPR certification
Preferred
- At least 1 year of nursing experience
- Experience in outpatient clinic, specialty practice, or surgical practice
- Orthopedic, sports medicine, or musculoskeletal experience
Skills
- Strong patient triage and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple patient concerns in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Experience working with electronic medical records preferred
