Partnership highlights commitment to community, youth athletes, and injury prevention
ROC Orthopedics is proud to announce its sponsorship of the Junior Bull Riding event at the 2026 St. Paul Rodeo, one of the most recognized and longstanding rodeos in the Pacific Northwest.
Held annually over the Fourth of July holiday, the St. Paul Rodeo draws thousands of attendees and showcases top rodeo talent alongside the next generation of competitors. The Junior Bull Riding event highlights young athletes as they begin their journey in one of the sport’s most challenging disciplines.
As the event sponsor, ROC Orthopedics is supporting both the tradition of rodeo and the health and safety of its participants—reinforcing its commitment to keeping active communities moving, from youth athletes to seasoned competitors.
“At ROC Orthopedics, we’re proud to support events that are deeply rooted in the communities we serve,” said Kate Othus, CEO of ROC Orthopedics. “Sponsoring Junior Bull Riding at the St. Paul Rodeo allows us to be part of an incredible tradition while also emphasizing the importance of safety, injury prevention, and access to expert care for athletes at every level.”
Rodeo athletes face unique physical demands, with a high risk of orthopedic injuries due to the intensity and unpredictability of the sport. ROC’s team of orthopedic and sports medicine specialists is dedicated to providing both preventative education and advanced treatment options to support athletes in staying active and recovering effectively.
This partnership reflects ROC’s broader commitment to community engagement and supporting active lifestyles across the region, from organized sports to longstanding local traditions.
The 2026 St. Paul Rodeo will take place June 30 – July 4, continuing its legacy as a premier summer event in Oregon.
