Job Posting – Medical Assistant (Certified or Ortho)

You’ll provide both administrative and hands-on clinical support to ensure a smooth and efficient clinic experience for patients, from rooming to procedures and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient interviews and document basic medical history
• Perform casting, bracing, and splinting procedures (training provided)
• Assist providers during minor procedures
• Coordinate laboratory services as needed
• Prepare and manage correspondence, including memos, letters, faxes, and forms
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked treatment rooms and medical instruments

Skills & Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant preferred
• Limited X-ray license a bonus
• Orthopedic experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with medical office management systems and workflows
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Service-oriented with excellent social perceptiveness
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
