Seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Non-Operative Sports Medicine Physician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in treating musculoskeletal injuries, improving athletic performance, and promoting overall wellness.
Job Description:
This position presents an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about expanding and enhancing the regenerative medicine aspect of a sports medicine practice.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, focusing on non-surgical interventions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans, including physical therapy, injections, and other conservative treatments.
- Provide sports medicine evaluations and injury management for athletes of all levels.
- Collaborate with physical therapists, athletic trainers, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in sports medicine and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care.
- Participate in outreach and community events related to sports medicine and injury prevention.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Sports Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine (with Sports Medicine fellowship training).
- Experience in managing a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries, with a focus on non-operative treatment options.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Passion for helping patients maintain an active lifestyle and achieve optimal recovery outcomes.
- Ability to build rapport with patients and provide excellent customer service.
