Our established orthopedic practice, with three offices across the Portland Metro area, is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Front Desk professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, enjoys working in a fast-paced medical environment, and values collaboration and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a medical front office or patient access role
- Experience with Modernizing Medicine (EMA) strongly preferred
- A positive, upbeat, and energetic demeanor that helps create a welcoming patient experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills when interacting with patients, providers, and teammates
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Dependable, organized, and professional in all interactions
- Comfortable with technology; computer-savvy and quick to learn new systems
Position Details
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (no weekends)
- Starting wage: $24 per hour, with the opportunity for increases based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity
