ROC Active, the physical and occupational therapy division of Regenerative Orthopedic Center (ROC), is dedicated to helping patients restore movement, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love. Our therapists, patient service representatives, and support staff work together to deliver an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through every step of recovery.
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Therapy Services Representative to become the welcoming face of our therapy clinics. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping people, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
As a Therapy Services Representative, you’ll help create an outstanding experience for every patient by:
- Greeting patients with professionalism and compassion
- Scheduling therapy evaluations and follow-up appointments
- Verifying insurance benefits and explaining financial responsibilities
- Collecting copays and patient payments
- Managing patient registration, intake paperwork, and documentation
- Answering phones and assisting patients with scheduling questions
- Supporting therapists by maintaining efficient schedules and clinic flow
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front office
- Protecting patient privacy and maintaining HIPAA compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented
- Organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy healthcare environment
- An effective communicator who enjoys working with patients and teammates
- Comfortable learning and using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and standard office software
Qualifications
Required
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
Preferred
- Experience in a healthcare, rehabilitation, or therapy clinic
- Medical scheduling or front office experience
- Insurance verification or medical office experience
