Angie graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in nutrition science and a graduate degree in physician assistant studies.

Her interest in orthopedics began after undergoing elbow surgery in sixth grade, where she became enamored with the operating room. During her clinical year of PA school, she faced the additional challenge of tearing her ACL and undergoing reconstruction surgery. These experiences gave her a deep empathy for orthopedic patients and ultimately solidified her passion for the field.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Angie is an avid runner who enjoys music, nature, and exploring cultural differences. She values novel experiences and new perspectives.
