As a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Feinblatt specializes in sports medicine and provides a subspecialty focus in treating a broad range of foot, ankle and knee disorders, knee disorders, and foot and ankle disorders. He sees patients at ROC in Tualatin and Oregon City, Oregon.

Dr. Feinblatt received his undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University in State College, Pennsylvania, and his medical degree from The Penn State College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at The Ohio State University in Columbus and then traveled to Phoenix, Arizona, for the Phoenix Combined Fellowship, in which he received sub-specialty training in both foot and ankle reconstructive surgery and sports medicine.

At ROC, Dr. Feinblatt believes that treatment should be tailored to the individual and that good communication and education are cornerstones of medicine. A well-informed patient can more actively participate in their care and will recover from injury more quickly.

I have seen Dr. Feinblatt over the past 18 months for problems with my feet which resulted in two separate surgeries, one for a an achilles tendon issue that wasn't improving after a 9 months of conservative treatment and the other for a painful, immobile great toe which limited movement. Both surgeries were highly successful and greatly improved both my quality of life and mobility. I am 69 years old with a very active lifestyle which includes hiking, horseback riding and pickleball. My 17 yo daughter saw Dr. Feinblatt for a second opinion for a chronic ankle injury. He could not have been more kind, patient, warm and respectful with her as she described her pain symptoms and how they have interfered with her dance career. He carefully read her MRI and plain films with us, explaining & showing us what he saw that was causing her symptoms; he diagnosed her condition [accurately]; and he offered two well-described treatment options. Most of all, he was present and calm while spending nearly 30 minutes with us, listening carefully the whole time. Dr Feinblatt has been amazing. I can actually move my ankle better after only 6 weeks from surgery than I have for the last 20 years. You can even barely see the scar! I still have muscle spasms in my leg but I think it's from not using those muscles for 20+ years and they're just not use to moving. Getting better everyday.
